Our company

Pension Potential is part of Punter Southall.

We're a professional services company specialising in pensions & retirement.

Who are Punter Southall?

Pension Potential is part of Punter Southall, a group of companies with one aim – helping businesses and people make better decisions.

Since 1988, we've anticipated what clients need and evolved our own way to deliver pragmatic solutions for people and business across diverse yet connected markets.

We've helped our clients thrive by taking a fresh approach. Our people know they have the space to really listen, truly understand and deliver on your behalf.

There's no substitute for experience but original thinking comes a close second. We break new ground, like inventing National Pension Tracing Day, to keep moving everyone forward.

Our aim is to make you more successful, in-control and, yes, happier.

Pension Potential offers guidance and advice to help you achieve your best retirement.

What is guidance?

Guidance is intended to help you understand your retirement options, but it won’t make specific recommendations or tell you what you should do. For example, Pension Potential Guidance will help you select the most suitable guaranteed income (annuity) provider based on your personal health and lifestyle.

To provide personalised annuity quotes we need to collect information about your health and lifestyle through an online journey. This is broken up into six stages which will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes altogether to complete.

What is advice?

Taking regulated financial advice means one of our Chartered Financial Planning team will review your plans for retirement alongside your pension savings and provide you with a personal recommendation setting out how you can enjoy your best retirement. As part of the service, we can also implement the recommendations for you.

To provide personalised retirement advice we need to collect information about you and your circumstances through an online journey. This is broken up into five stages which will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes altogether to complete.
